I am a postdoctoral researcher at the BISONS LAb at University of Turku, Finland. Besides being a zoologist specialized in the taxonomy and systematics of spiders, I am interested in biodiversity conservation, with a particular focus on understanding the extent and impact of the wildlife trade of arachnids and other invertebrates. I am also interested in exploring the cultural dimensions of conservation and in developing sustainable strategies to address conservation challenges effectively.
